Adam received his undergraduate degree from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie, Wyoming.  After law school, Adam returned to Colorado where he clerked in the Division 1 Water Court before entering private practice where he focused on representing individuals, governmental entities, and businesses in complex real estate and water rights transactional and litigation matters.  Adam then spent over a decade representing businesses in Colorado, Wyoming, and across the country regarding various land use, development, corporate, and transactional matters.
